Housing That Promotes Quality of Life and Independence MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The Evergreens Foundation is currently seeking a skilled, safety-conscious individual to join our team. The incumbent will provide building, electrical, plumbing and equipment repair services in a safe and efficient manner to ensure optimum functioning of the building and grounds. The Maintenance Technician will be required to provide "on call" rotated coverage for weekend/evening maintenance emergencies. The ideal candidate must possess a 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate, a valid driver's licence and have extensive experience as a maintenance worker. Demonstrated skills in steam boiler operation, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and equipment maintenance is required. Experience working with seniors would be an asset.
