There is an exciting long term opportunity for a Maintenance Planner in the Grand Prairie area.
This individual will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities. They should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (HSE), work selection criteria, work planning, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packages, etc. The successful individual will also be skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.
This is an opportunity available in Grand Prairie.
MUST HAVES for this position:
- 10 years exp.
- Creating maintenance plan from scratch
- Mechanical exp. (HD mechanics or Millwright with journeyman ticket)
- Maintenance planning exp.
- Interfacing with vendors exp.
- Maintenance planner would take on bids ($2 million)
- Operating facilities and ABSA exp. (pressure vessel maintenance Div 1)
