Standard General Inc. is in need of an experienced Loader Operator for our Windfall Aggregates Pit (based out of Whitecourt, AB).
The Aggregates Pit Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multiple pieces of heavy equipment to move, stockpile, load & maintain various aggregates materials while assisting with routine maintenance and upkeep of quarry facilities, equipment & conveyors.
Qualifications:
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License (or equivalent) required.
- Membership status with the I.U.O.E Local 955 (or willingness to join)
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience operating a Loader required.
- Prior experience operating a diverse range of quarry equipment an asset.
- Prior experience in an aggregates pit/quarry setting and/or experience with aggregates materials preferred.
- Own accommodations in Whitecourt (or surrounding area) required; no LOA or accommodations provided.
